Danish Newspaper Politiken had May 23rd the following front page story "False Pesticides threatens health" and followed up inside the newspaper with two stories on anti-counterfeit solutions using RFIDsec secure RFID tags.

Under the heading "New technology shall stop Product Piracy - Illegal copies of products are getting harder and harder to detect. Now a new technology is brought into the battle, The RFID tag, also know as the replacement for the Bar Code" RFIDsec and RFIDsec Partner Company DGM Security Solutions describes solutions to stop Product Piracy and Counterfeits.

DGM Security Solutions has launched a new and innovative solution for the management of Dangerous Goods and part of this solution addresses the growing need for efficient anti-counterfeit solutions.

Mikkel Løcke Winther from RFIDsec is quoted "In that sense it is possible to detect whether the product is a copy or the original. Another advantage is the ability to protect access to the tag, e.g. only allowing the producer to access information on the tag."
